We shall take the full responsibility for the lost parcels upon our team’s mistake. Otherwise, we will not be liable for lost parcel if the client makes the mistake. 若因我方的失误而造成订购者的包裹遗失，我方将全额退款给您。若因订购者的失误而造成包裹遗失，我方将无需承担任何退款责任。
All returned items need to be reviewed and pre-approved by our Product Quality Control Team. The request is invalid if the item does not match the terms and conditions or fails to return within 30 days. 所有退货商品必须先经审核。若货品不符合退货条件，或未能在30天内完成退还程序，此要求将不被接受, 并敬请原谅。
